Hope you all had warm holidays despite this year’s snow and that you’re inspired to get 2011 going! For holidays I went to this little cabin in the woods for a week which was awesome… But, now I’m back and I have something that might interest you fine music lovers.
Next Friday my favorite dutch band Woost is hosting ‘An evening of fine music’ at the Eurosonic festival in Groningen with live performances by Woost, Marike Jager, Marlon Penn, Cool Genius and… me!
Koen-Willem (singer of Woost) asked me if I wanted to join this evening and even though I’m in my ‘grand silence’-phase of writing and trying out new stuff in the studio it took me about 5 seconds to say “YES!”. I just love Woost live, love Marike and would love to share the stage with them. Each of us plays half an hour. I will be giving an intimate set of new songs mixed with a few of my personal favorites from the HOPE album at app. 8PM. Trust me you don’t want to miss the most exciting night Eursonic has to offer! And the even better news is, entrance is totally FREE so come on over and rock with us the 14th!
