You all know how I enjoy doing live concerts… but yesterday just broke all the rules. How fantastic to play in such a vibrant atmosphere, how cool was that energy at The Hague Jazz! I’ve been reading tweets on Twitter…
…that tell me you all had a blast as well.
And there was just too much that I wanted to see, too! I saw some of Kool & the gang, Candy and her band and more. Damn, I missed Wende, but I heard her show in the background and she kicked ass as far as I could tell. I was privileged though to witness Meshell Ndegeocello’s performance the night before. I stood front row as she and her band mesmerized me and my friends for the full 75 min. As I spoke on Facebook: A fuckin’ masterclass in groove. She was all focus and so real. Awesome times 7.
To me, last night’s show was really special and to share that with so many of you… Sweet dreams for weeks here. Thanx a lot and c u soon!
